Rural Skills for Schools North Highland Forest Trust is one of 67 partners working with Highland Council to deliver the Rural Skills curriculum. The Trust is currently involved with Golspie High School in teaching skills to 13-16 year olds across a wide range of activities, from path maintenance, tree planting, fencing, landscaping to drystone dyking. The students receive their training out on site on a weekly basis for a half-day, with the activities being varied throughout the school year.
